I make the motion to change the gate times from 7 PM to 8 PM.

Topic: Rick Whitehead has requested a change to the current gate schedule, specifically to extend the closing time from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The goal of this adjustment is to help reduce wear and tear on the gate mechanisms, as there is a high volume of activity between 7:00 and 9:00 PM. Keeping the gates open an additional hour may help alleviate the stress on the arms and prolong the overall life of the system.
