The Heritage Grand clubhouse will be closed for remediation from October 21 through October 25. During this time, the clubhouse, exercise room, and pool & spa area within the clubhouse will be inaccessible.  The parking lot is also unavailable as the remediation team is using a majority of the area for the project equipment and supplies.  No RV parking will be permitted during the week of October 21st to October 25th.

Please keep an eye on your email and check the Heritage Grand website for the latest updates on this project and any changes to the reopening schedule.

If you are interested in installing a stand-by generator for your property, please complete the ARC packet for generators and turn it in to the office.  The weekly deadline for submissions is Thursdays at 2:00 PM for review on Fridays.

Heritage Grand Residents,

As a pet-friendly community, we love seeing our residents enjoying walks with their furry friends. However, we kindly remind all pet owners to pick up after their pets to help keep our neighborhood clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Properly disposing of pet waste is not only a matter of courtesy but also a requirement under the community’s rules and standards. Failure to comply is a violation and may result in reprimands, fines, or even the revocation of amenity access if the behavior continues. Reports of non-compliance will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken against repeat offenders.

A Few Important Reminders:

🐾 Always carry waste bags when walking your dog. Many areas of our community are equipped with pet waste stations for your convenience.
🐾 Dispose of waste properly in designated trash bins—never leave it on the ground or near someone else’s property.
🐾 Be considerate of common areas, sidewalks, and neighbors’ yards—no one wants an unwelcome surprise on their lawn or walking path!
🐾 It is your responsibility as a pet owner to follow community rules and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all residents.

This is a serious matter, and we expect all pet owners to take it seriously. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping Heritage Grand a pleasant place to live.
